In honor of the final flight of the Space Shuttle program, scheduled for Friday, July 8, 2011, we are offering a special sale over at the star*lite web store. All space-related photos will be reduced in price until Moon Day (July 20). I will be adding more space-related photos to the store in days to come.  This the end of an era; many of us alive today have lived their entire lives thus far with the laid back acceptance of routine space flight.

We here hope that private ventures such as SpaceX and Virgin Galactic, as well as the new NASA projects such as the MPCV will continue to push us forward, above and beyond the reaches of our wildest imagination.
